About
As you already know my name is Vivian Dela Cruz. I was born and raised in Rosario, Pasig City, Manila, Philippines. I’m the fourth of five children born to my hardworking and loving parents, who instilled in me strong values of dedication, compassion, and perseverance. In July 2018, we lost my father—a deeply painful moment for our family—but his memory and the lessons he taught us continue to guide and inspire me every day.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and am a licensed Registered Nurse. I served as an ER paramedic at Pasig General Hospital, one of the busiest hospitals in the area, where I dedicated five years of my career to providing urgent and critical care to patients in need.
In my late 20s, I moved to the United States to be with the love of my life. My husband and I have now been married for 21 years, and our bond continues to grow through our shared love of travel. Together, we explore new places and cultures, creating unforgettable experiences that enrich our lives. These journeys also allow me to pursue my passion for photography—capturing the beauty of the world and the essence of the moments we share.
We often return to Manila, especially during Holy Week, to visit my mother, family, and friends During these visits, I actively participate in our community’s traditional theater play, Senakulo, a passion play that has been a cornerstone of our neighborhood since 1992. Being part of this long-standing tradition is deeply meaningful to me and strengthens my connection with my tradition.
Now, as I continue to grow and embrace each new season of life, I feel that a new chapter is just beginning. With my heart full of gratitude and curiosity, I look forward to all the adventures still to come—guided by love, inspired by culture, and grounded in the values that have shaped me.
